The first stage of the Vezha Residential Complex has received a certificate of commissioning!
RIEL Real Estate Corporation is pleased to announce that the State Inspection of Architecture and Urban Development of Ukraine has issued the commissioning certificate No. ІУ123241021500 for the first stage of the Vezha Residential Complex.
This document confirms the compliance of the facility with state standards, allowing to start the process of registration of title after assignment of the postal address. Development Department of RIEL Real Estate Corporation has already prepared the necessary documents for submission to the Lviv City Council to assign the complex an official address.

The next facilities are already next in turn, and we are finalizing their preparation for commissioning. The resources that are freed up will be used to complete the completion of buildings with lesser readiness. Investors will be notified on an individual basis about the start of the registration of title to the property.
