Successful cooperation: three apartments in Mistechko Pidzamche complex were purchased with a mortgage from “eOselia” together with SkyBank

“As of today, we have home real estate purchasers in Mistechko Pidzamche who have already received 7% loans for the purchase of apartments in houses under construction. These are clients from Kyiv, Chernivtsi and Lviv. They purchased apartments of different areas – 105.62 sq.m, 55.4 sq.m, and 87.6 sq.m. Loans are issued for 20 years,” Rostyslav Melnyk, General Director of REC RIEL, told “it is always a pleasure to see people having an opportunity to improve their living conditions. I think this is just the beginning”.

These deals have acted as an incentive for other buyers to also consider a mortgage, so we already have other applications in the process. Today, many of our fellow citizens recognize that it is important to be able to start a new stage of life with owning their own real estate.

We remind that from August 1, 2023, the following groups can count on preferential loans:

• war veterans and members of their families, combatants, persons with disabilities resulting from war, families of fallen (deceased) war veterans, as well as families of fallen (deceased) defenders of Ukraine;
• internally displaced persons;
• other citizens of Ukraine who do not have their own residential real estate or whose property is less than 52.5 square metres for a family of one person (single person) and an additional 21 sq. m – for each additional family member.
