From now on, you can purchase real estate in the fifth stage in Mistechko Pidzamche. Vezha RC under “eOseliia” program
Real Estate Corporation RIEL reports that our company's partner SkyBank, under the state mortgage program “eOseliia”, has accredited the fifth stage of Vezha Residential Complex being built in Lviv, which is part of the large-scale Mistechko Pidzamche project. Now our clients can purchase comfortable housing here on credit at 3% or 7% interest.
“Transparent construction financing mechanisms are instrumental for the developer. Only then the bank cooperates and accredits the possibility of purchasing real estate under “eOseliia”. Therefore, the decision on Vezha is a sign of high trust from the bank and confidence in our company stability,” Dmitry Zherebylo, head of the corporate finance department of Real Estate Corporation RIEL, explains.
Since the government has increased opportunities and the clients can buy square metres not only in finished houses, but also in those under construction, the market has begun to recover more actively.
“This summer, we already obtained accreditation for the first two stages at Vezha. And today there are positive results. We have applications for the purchase of housing, transactions confirmed by the bank, we are receiving resources and are actively completing the construction of our objects. “eOseliia” works and this makes it possible to move forward more confidently,” Rostyslav Melnyk, General Director of REC RIEL, says.
Thanks to the well-coordinated work of the team, the company is already planning to commission the fifth stage of Vezha RC for the second quarter of 2024.
In total, RIEL has in its portfolio approximately 20 new buildings with finished apartments and those currently under construction in Kyiv and Lviv. Our team is constantly working to expand the list of approved properties and make house-buying accessible to every citizen.
We remind that from August 1, 2023, the following groups can count on preferential loans:
- war veterans and members of their families, combatants, persons with disabilities resulting from war, families of fallen (deceased) war veterans, as well as families of fallen (deceased) defenders of Ukraine;
- internally displaced persons;
- other citizens of Ukraine who do not have their own residential real estate or whose property is less than 52.5 square metres for a family of one person (single person) and an additional 21 sq. m – for each additional family member.
However, the Ministry of Economy plans to further expand the “eOseliia” program, making it available to citizens who receive compensation for destroyed housing as a result of the war.
For those who are going to purchase real estate from RIEL with a mortgage under the state program “eOseliia”, we have developed a special step-by-step algorithm: https://riel.ua/en/sales/pokrokoviy-algoritm
