Mistechko Pidzamche. Vezha Residential Complex in Lviv: Stage 5 Commissioned
We have good news: the housing stock of Lviv has been expanded by 62 new apartments – Stage 5 of the Mistechko Pidzamche. Vezha residential complex has officially been commissioned.
The State Inspectorate for Architecture and Urban Development of Ukraine has confirmed the readiness of the facility. Certificate No. ІУ123260213695 has been issued in the Unified State Electronic System in the Construction Sector.
We congratulate the investors on this important milestone. The next procedural stage is the assignment of a postal address to the building and the registration of ownership rights.
The Mistechko Pidzamche. Vezha Residential Complex is part of a large-scale project aimed at developing Pidzamche District in Lviv. The complex is designed to create a modern residential environment with thoughtfully planned architecture, internal courtyards and infrastructure for everyday living.
