Construction Update on Stage Three

In Section 8.1, final finishing works to the walls and ceilings in the common areas have been completed. Installation of water and heat meters is currently underway, while fitting of lighting fixtures in the common areas has also commenced.

In Section 7.2, floor screeding works in the common areas have been completed. The construction team continues to carry out internal plastering works.

In Section 7.1, façade works remain in progress.

Preparatory works also continue for the landscaping of the area between Sections 7.2 and 7.3, adjacent to the first and second phases of the Vezha development.
